Prior to your treatment services. Further reminders will be sent ahead of your scheduled appointments. Here is a breakdown of what to expect from our Eyelash Estheticians prior to your appointment and during and what we kindly ask from our clients.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Your Eyelash Ethetician upon arrival will leave all personal belongs at the door.
- Washing of hands and forearms using our own sanitisation.
- Face mask and all appropriate clothing will be removed if a need for change.
- PPE will be worn this includes mask, face shield, hair protective net, apron and gloves.
- Tools used to carry out Treatments will be allocated to one client, sanitised in Barbicide, stored For 6 weeks and disposed off completely.
- Disposable couch roll will be used in the treatment area and disposed of after treatment has been carried out.
- All porous materials used during treatment (with no lid) will be placed in a container ready for disposal after treatment placing the lid once the service is complete.
- unfortunately less verbal communication will take place during all appointments.
- Double bookings can take place with only 1 client in the treatment vicinity at a time and allowing an intermission to clean and prepare/sanitise treatment station for the next client.
- Air ventilation is required regardless and we will continue to request or ensure air ventilation is continued ie opening of windows or air conditioners operating within treatment areas.

- If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms leading up to your appointment please let us know and we will rearrange your appointment.
- If any member of your household is virally ill, unfortunately we will not be unable to carry out any form of treatments at this time. We apologise for any inconveniences. Also reserving another treatment service with cancellation fee discounts applied based on evidences plus reservation deposits.
- Prior to your treatment we ask all clients to designate a treatment area that is also well ventilated.
- During your treatment we kindly ask that you ensure no other member of your household are not in the same room during your treatment service. This enable your Eyelash Esthetician to carry out all treatments effectively and efficiently as during treatment non verbal communications is detrimental to your treatment as part of application methods between your practitioner and client.
- Please ensure your Technician has easy access to hand washing facilities.
- If you are engaging in any other treatment service we ask you to kindly clean and disinfectant your area before and after your treatment services.
